1. How do I order a Condé Nast magazine subscription?
Ordering online has never been easier. Simply browse through our range of magazine titles, choose the magazine title, click 'add to basket', fill out the form with all your details, and click submit. An acknowledgment email/letter will be sent to you detailing all your subscription details, your customer number, your start and expiry issue and all of our contact information should you need to get in touch with us.
2. When will my subscription begin and can I choose the issue my subscription will start with?
Your subscription(s) will start with the next available issue unless otherwise requested. It can take up to a maximum of 6 weeks for delivery of your first magazine, thereafter you will receive a magazine every month* for the duration of your subscription.
* Except Brides, published every other month
3. How do I know if my order has been received and processed successfully?
After you have placed your order, an email acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you. This will confirm all your subscription details, your customer number and your start and expiry issue.
4. Can I order more than one subscription?
Yes! You can add multiple subscriptions to a credit card order but you will need to complete one form for each if you are opting to pay via Direct Debit.
5. What is included in the price?
Prices displayed on this website include all delivery and handling charges. All purchases are made in GB£ Sterling. Overseas orders will be charged in GB£ Sterling at the exchange rate of your credit card company which may fluctuate. UK Subscriptions may not include additional items available at retail. Overseas subscriptions are for the magazine only and do not include additional items or supplements.
6. Payment options
All purchases are made in GB£ Sterling. There is no VAT payable on magazine subscriptions. For Overseas orders, the price you pay will be dependent on the exchange rate of your credit card company which may fluctuate.

7. Why pay by Direct Debit?
UK customers have the option to subscribe by Direct Debit. Direct Debit payments are divided into manageable 3, 6 or 12 monthly payments depending on the offer. Direct Debit payments will automatically be renewed upon expiry, eliminating the need for renewal notices. You will be notified in advance if the price is to increase. You will be protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, so you can cancel at any time and receive a full refund on any issues yet to be mailed.
8. Will I receive the free gift (where applicable) with the first issue?
If a free git applies, it will be dispatched separately within 14 days of order unless otherwise advised. Free gifts are subject to availability while stocks last. Condé Nast offers are risk free offers: in the eventuality of an oversubscribed offer where a gift or replacement gift is out of stock, a full refund will be available on request.
9. What do I do if an issue doesn't arrive on time or is damaged?

13. How do I order a subscription as a gift?
Simply follow the ordering instructions and submit the address details of the recipient. An acknowledgment email and/or letter with a gift card will be sent to you detailing all your subscription details, your customer number and your start and expiry issue.
14. Can I cancel a gift subscription?
You can cancel a gift subscription at any time during the subscription term by notifying our customer services team in writing, by email or by phoning our customer service hotline (click here for full contact details). A refund for the cost of any issues not yet mailed will be sent to the payer.
15. Can I order a subscription for delivery to an address outside of the UK?
Subscriptions can be delivered to any postal address worldwide. Simply select the magazine you wish to subscribe to and follow all the prompts leading to checkout.

17. Is the delivery charge included for subscription orders outside of the UK?
Yes all delivery charges are included in the subscription price. Overseas subscriptions are for the magazine only including delivery charges. They do not include additional items or supplements.
18. How do I renew my subscription?
Renewal reminders will be sent to the payer before the end of the subscription. You can either renew online at www.magazineboutique.co.uk using your unique code found on your letter/email, complete and return the renewal form you receive with payment or renew over the phone (click here for full contact details). Please note if you pay by Direct Debit you do not need to renew your subscription as your contract will continue at the agreed rate. You will be notified should the price increase. Plus, you can cancel at any time by notifying us and your bank.

21. How can I find my customer number?
Your customer number is the 12-digit number that can be found on your order confirmation email. The number is also printed on the address label of your magazine wrapper. If you have any problems finding or using this number, please email our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
22. Can I have a refund?
Condé Nast Publications offers are risk-free offers. Orders can be cancelled and refunded in full within 30 days of order or when a gift incentive has run out of stock and could not be supplied. After 30 days, a refund will be made on any un-mailed issues.
